Been talking to a couple of supervisors today that are confused about responsibilites. Can I just say the following....

As a supervisor you have ethical responsibilities and these are distinct from ant legal responsibilities.

So for working emphasis on responsibilities of the supervisee not the supervisor! when working with clients.
